By accessing or using CreatorMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
CreatorMail provides email alias and forwarding services. We allow users to create custom email addresses that forward messages to their personal email inbox. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use CreatorMail, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CreatorMail for:
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Illegal activities or promoting illegal content
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
- Impersonation or fraudulent activities
- Distributing malware or harmful content
- Violating the rights of others
5. Email Forwarding
Our email forwarding service relies on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare Email Routing). While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or delivery of all emails. We are not responsible for emails that are lost, delayed, or filtered by spam systems.
6. Invite System
Access to CreatorMail is by invitation only. Each user receives a unique invite code to share with others. You are responsible for whom you invite and may have your invitation privileges revoked if your invitees violate these terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your aliases will stop forwarding emails immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
CreatorMail is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost emails, missed communications, or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
